innovative social work

The association Innovative Social Work is active in various areas of youth welfare. We are a nationally recognized youth welfare provider, employ over 300 people, are a registered non-profit organization, and a member of the Paritätische Wohlfahrtsverband (Parity Welfare Association). We see ourselves as a provider of support and guidance for people in diverse life situations – regardless of their level of education, origin, religion, or personality.

School-related social work

Fostering the development of individual personalities and compensating for social disadvantages among students are key objectives of our all-day school programs. Beyond homework support, we place particular emphasis on the personal and social development and the integration of students.

We offer your child:

• a healthy (organic) lunch (no pork!!)
• Meaningful, supervised leisure activities (sports, dance, being creative, ...) - whatever the kids want!
• Homework support in small groups
• Excursions
• Fun in a group
